Reels Editor

Hello,

We're looking for a talented short-form video editor to join us on a long-term basis.

Our editing style is clean, engaging and premium, inspired by content from *Diary of a CEO*. We create high-performing Reels and Shorts from long-form podcast interviews, with a strong focus on audience retention and storytelling.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience editing high-quality Reels, Shorts or TikTok videos
• Has excellent instincts for hooks, pacing and viewer retention
• Creates polished, premium edits with clean captions and subtle, effective visuals
• Understands what makes short-form content perform across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
• Is reliable, communicates well via WhatsApp and email , and consistently meets deadlines
• Can work to a fast turnaround
• Is available to start immediately

We're looking to build a long-term working relationship with the right person. There is a consistent pipeline of content and plenty of opportunity to grow with the podcast.
