1st - Unlike other companies, we don't have penalties here. You don't need to worry if you ever will be late, there's unexpected power interruptions, or there are times you have a bad internet connection.

?2nd - There's no QA or student that will give you unreasonable bad evaluation that can cause salary deductions.

3rd - Weekly Salary. NO DELAY.

4th - Plenty students

5th - Need an urgent leave? just tell your monitor would be OK.
