Shopify Product Listing Specialist – Part-Time With Full-Time Opportunity

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shopify Product Listing Specialist to help manage product uploads across multiple ecommerce stores.

This position will start as a part-time role, with the opportunity to become a full-time, long-term position for the right person.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Creating and uploading products to Shopify
Writing and improving product titles and descriptions
Using ChatGPT and Claude to create high-quality product content
Following our product listing guidelines and SOPs
Selecting the correct product categories, tags and collections
Uploading and organizing product images
Adding product variants, sizes, colours and prices
Checking that all product information is accurate
Optimizing product listings for SEO and Google Shopping
Reviewing listings before they are published
Updating existing products when necessary

We will provide clear instructions, examples and SOPs. However, you must be able to work independently and notice mistakes before a product is published.

Requirements

You must have:

Previous experience uploading and managing products in Shopify
Experience using ChatGPT and Claude for work
Strong written English
Excellent attention to detail
Basic knowledge of ecommerce and product pages
Basic understanding of SEO
Experience working with product images and variants
A stable internet connection
Good communication skills
The ability to follow detailed instructions consistently

Experience with fashion ecommerce, Google Shopping, dropshipping or product feed optimization is a strong advantage.
