Youtube Short Uploader, EDM clips

Hi, I have a Youtube channel (FLP Unity) for which I am looking for someone to work on a weekly basis for the channel. It's quite an easy job: you have to upload EDM clips (let's say, a clip from a cool drop from Calvin Harris at Tomorowland, or something cool happened to Carl Cox in Ibiza, whatever). I want someone to upload about 2 clips (10-20 seconds) a day, which means 14 a week. You get access to my channel (with limited access rights) to upload these. Making a clip and uploading it with title etc to me takes 10 minutes. For you I give you 20 minutes per clip, which means, let's say rounded up 5 hours a week. I am willing to pay about 3 euro's per hour + if the video performs very well (we can decide later, but for now let's say making more than 3 euros) you get this as bonus on top of the 3,- per hour. For 5 hours a week this is 15 euro's per week + bonusses from good performing videos. If the videos are performing well consistently, we can talk about making the hourly wage higher. The video's are shorts btw! Not full videos. They are really easy to make with screenrecording on your phone. If you zoom in a little on Instagram you can catch a lot of cool clips easily.
