Location: Cebu City (Hybrid - Applicants must be based in Cebu)
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support business growth through data analysis, process improvement, and strategic reporting. You will work closely with leadership to analyze business performance, identify opportunities, improve workflows, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data from Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Identify trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
- Develop and update SOPs and workflow documentation.
- Collaborate with different teams to improve business processes.
- Support forecasting, planning, and business reporting.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification is required.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with CRM or ATS platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
