Part-Time Marketing & Sales Virtual Assistant – Group Home & Home Care Industry

About the Role

We are a growing healthcare and residential services company based in Houston, Texas, seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and business development efforts for Goshen House LLC (Independent Shared Housing) and Goshen Home Care LLC.

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week). Your primary responsibility will be helping us build referral relationships, generate qualified leads, follow up consistently, and help keep our housing beds filled while supporting our home care marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, veterans organizations, mental health providers, and other referral sources.

• Follow up with existing leads and maintain professional communication.

• Update our CRM, referral tracker, and lead pipeline.

• Send marketing email s and newsletters.

• Assist with email campaigns using Go High Level and Constant Contact.

• Research and compile new referral sources.

• Create flyers and marketing materials in Canva.

• Assist with Facebook Business and ---------- management.

• Draft professional email s and marketing content.

• Track daily outreach activities and submit weekly reports.

• Attend virtual training and follow company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Previous customer service, sales, appointment setting, or cold-calling experience preferred.

• Comfortable making outbound calls.

• Experience with Go High Level, Constant Contact, or willingness to learn.

• Canva experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Reliable high-speed internet.

• Quiet home office.

• Noise-canceling headset.

• Self-motivated and dependable.

Compensation

• $4.00 USD per hour

• 20 hours per week

• Performance bonuses for successful bed placements and qualified home care lead conversions.
