Video Editor (DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere Pro)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, polished short-form and long-form content. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, pacing, motion design, and understands how to create videos that capture and retain audience attention.

Responsibilities:
Edit raw video footage into compelling short-form and long-form videos.
Create engaging edits with strong pacing, transitions, sound design, and storytelling.
Design and incorporate professional motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and visual effects.
Enhance videos using stock assets, overlays, transitions, and templates from platforms such as Motion Array and MotionVFX.
Color correct and color grade footage to achieve a polished, professional look.
Mix and clean audio for clear, high-quality sound.
Collaborate with our team to understand creative direction and deliver revisions quickly.
Organize project files and maintain efficient editing workflows.

Requirements:
Expert-level proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong experience with After Effects or DaVinci Fusion for motion graphics is highly preferred.
Experience using creative asset libraries such as Motion Array, MotionVFX, and similar tools.
Strong understanding of editing techniques, storytelling, pacing, typography, and visual composition.
Ability to create professional-quality animations and motion graphics—not just basic template edits.
Experience editing content for YouTube, social media, podcasts, interviews, or educational/business content.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and willingness to accept feedback.

Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with cinematic color grading.
Sound design and audio enhancement skills.
Experience creating viral short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok).
Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflow automation.
