About the Role
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, highly accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client records within Xplan and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain client files and workflow tasks.
- Create and manage Xplan workflows and tasks.
- Prepare Records of Advice (ROAs), Statements of Advice (SOAs), and supporting documentation where appropriate.
- Assist with implementation of investment, superannuation, pension, insurance, and Centrelink recommendations.
- Prepare client review paperwork.
- Maintain compliance documentation and file notes.
- Assist with document preparation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF software.
- Support continuous improvement of internal systems and processes.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working in an Australian financial planning practice.
- Strong working knowledge of Xplan.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office.
