About the Role

The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, highly accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client records within Xplan and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain client files and workflow tasks.
  • Create and manage Xplan workflows and tasks.
  • Prepare Records of Advice (ROAs), Statements of Advice (SOAs), and supporting documentation where appropriate.
  • Assist with implementation of investment, superannuation, pension, insurance, and Centrelink recommendations.
  • Prepare client review paperwork.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and file notes.
  • Assist with document preparation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF software.
  • Support continuous improvement of internal systems and processes.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working in an Australian financial planning practice.
  • Strong working knowledge of Xplan.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office.
