Live Engagement & Media Content Operations Specialist

Arc Group is an expanding US media network driven by a culture of operational excellence and top-tier standards. We are looking for an exceptionally sharp, high-performing Live Engagement & Media Content Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing remote team.

2. WHAT YOU’LL DO

High-Volume Live Chat & Support (Primary Focus): Rapidly manage inbound audience messages and giveaway entries via WhatsApp. Maintain friendly, professional, and rapid response rates using message template rotations and real-time problem-solving.
Basic Content Creation & Light Editing: Create basic visual assets (simple Canva graphics, basic text overlays), write short, punchy captions/copy, and perform light video edits (trimming clips, formatting, and applying network watermarks).
Content Scheduling & Distribution: Queue and schedule simple daily posts, broadcasts, and WhatsApp Status updates using a provided content calendar to maintain consistent delivery during key engagement hours.
Content Moderation & Quality Review: Review incoming raw video clips and user-submitted content from live viewers with high attention to detail. Filter out low-quality files, text tipsters directly to verify details, and submit viable assets for production.
Real-Time Data Monitoring & Management: Continuously update daily tracking sheets, logging key engagement metrics (status views, message response counts, active tipster threads) so data is always 100?curate.
Pipeline Routing & Shift Hand-Offs: Route approved media files to our US video editors via Slack and deliver detailed shift-end hand-off logs to guarantee smooth transitions between pod operators.

3. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Top-Tier Communication & Live Chat Speed: Exceptional written English skills with a proven ability to handle fast-paced live chat, community support, and multi-tasking under pressure.
Basic Content & Scheduling Savvy: Ability to write basic social copy, build simple graphic assets (e.g., via Canva), perform quick video trims (CapCut/Premiere), and follow a posting schedule accurately.
Excellence in Precision & Data: High accuracy when logging operational metrics and strict adherence to workflow rules without skipping steps.
Tech Stack Proficiency: Skilled in using Google Chrome desktop setups, Slack workspaces, Google Sheets/Excel, basic scheduling tools, and simple video/image editing software.

Dedicated Full-Time Commitment: Strictly full-time requiring 100% focus. We do not accept candidates who hold multiple jobs or handle side clients.
Fixed Shift Availability (40 hours/week, 5 days straight)
Shift A: Sunday night – Friday morning (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PH Time)
Shift B: Monday morning – Friday afternoon (3:00 AM – 12:00 PM PH Time)

4. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly Rate: $4.00 – $6.00 USD per hour (Based on chat response speed, accuracy, and light media editing capability).
Guaranteed Schedule: Fixed 40 hours per week on a reliable shift schedule.
Weekly Payouts: Direct payments via Wise every week.
