What you’ll do

• Edit raw footage into polished short form videos (vertical format for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts)
• Add captions and simple sound effects to match pacing
• Apply minimal motion graphics and color grading as needed
• Deliver clean, on-brand cuts with minimal creative direction needed after onboarding
• Maintain a consistent delivery schedule

Requirements

• Portfolio of short form edits (please share links)
• Proficient in CapCut or equivalent (Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
• Basic motion graphics and color grading skills
• Strong sense of pacing and timing for short form content
• Reliable, consistent turnaround
• Clear communication, comfortable with async feedback

Details

• Volume: 40-60 videos per month
• Scope: Captions, simple sound effects, and light motion graphics/color grading, no complex VFX required
• Pay: $15 per video (paid per video completed, more volume means more earning potential)
• Turnaround: 28 hours per batch
• Start date: ASAP
• Remote, async work
