Appointment Setter for US MedSpas — Great English Required

We're a marketing agency running Meta ads for medical spas in the US. The leads come in warm ... these are people who already asked about a treatment. Your job is to call them fast, build trust, and get them booked. No cold calling, ever.

This role is about your voice.
You'll be speaking to American women about treatments they're nervous and excited about. They need to hear someone warm, clear, and easy to understand ... someone who sounds like a real person, not a script.
So the single biggest thing we're looking for: excellent spoken English with clear, natural pronunciation. If people on US calls understand you effortlessly the first time, you're who we want.

What You'll Do

• Call and text inbound leads quickly (speed is everything)
• Build rapport and answer their questions with confidence
• Handle objections like "how much is it?" and "let me think about it"
• Book appointments and collect deposits
• Keep GoHighLevel clean and up to date

What We Need

• Outstanding spoken English (clear pronunciation, warm and natural on the phone)
• Experience working with US businesses ... you know how Americans communicate
• Genuinely comfortable calling people. You pick up the phone without hesitating
• Comfortable working US hours (this means overnight in PH ... please only apply if that genuinely works for you)
• Reliable, organized, responsive

Big Plus (not required)

• Objection handling or sales experience
• MedSpa, aesthetics, or beauty industry background
• GoHighLevel experience

Pay & Growth

• Starting at $4/hour
• $7/hour once you prove yourself (typically within 60-90 days)
• Performance bonus for every appointment that shows up
• Paid weekly, every Friday
• Strong performers move to full-time, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week

Schedule

• Six hours a day to start, six days a week, during US hours. Growing to full-time weekdays as we bring on more clinics for you.
