About the Role

We're a growth marketing agency looking for a Virtual Assistant to help build targeted lead lists on Instagram and handle initial outreach. This is a pay-per-qualified-lead role to start, with room to grow into more responsibilities over time.

You'll be working directly within my Instagram account, sourcing accounts that match a specific niche and set of criteria (which I'll provide once we start working together), and sending out the first outreach message to accounts I've approved.

What You'll Do
Build lead lists of qualified Instagram accounts in a specific demographic/niche, based on criteria I provide
Send out the initial outreach message to accounts I've personally approved
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as the role expands

Compensation
You'll be paid per qualified account you find that matches the requirements. Details shared with selected candidates.

What We're Looking For
A background in marketing, sales, or a related field
Strongly preferred: prior experience with info products and/or scaling personal brands — whether that's back-end systems, appointment setting, or any role that gave you a general understanding of the info space
Detail-oriented and able to follow qualification criteria precisely

Experience in the info product / personal brand space will put you well ahead of other applicants for this role.
