About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Video Editor who specializes in creating high-quality, realistic short-form character and avatar videos using Seedance 2.0.
This is a full-time remote position focused on generating and editing very short AI videos (typically 5–15 seconds, maximum 30 seconds) featuring consistent female digital characters/avatars for social media and content platforms. All content is strictly professional, non-adult, and platform-compliant (no nudity, no explicit material).
Key Responsibilities

Generate high-quality short AI videos using Seedance 2.0 (text-to-video, image-to-video, multimodal reference inputs)
Maintain strong character consistency across multiple short clips (same face, body type, clothing style, lighting)
Create realistic motion, camera movements, lighting, and physics-accurate scenes within short durations
Edit and refine generated clips in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools (tight pacing, transitions, color, text overlays, sound design)
Work with provided scripts, prompts, reference images, and brand guidelines
Produce clean, ready-to-post short videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Iterate quickly based on feedback and maintain high daily output volume
Organize project files and follow a clear production workflow

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience creating AI-generated short-form character/avatar videos (especially female digital characters)
Strong, hands-on experience with Seedance 2.0 (must be able to demonstrate this)
Solid understanding of prompting for character consistency, camera control, and realistic motion in short clips
Video editing skills focused on short-form content (CapCut preferred; Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve also good)
Ability to deliver polished final videos under 30 seconds (not just raw AI generations)
Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of running AI video tools smoothly
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction precisely
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently full-time

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience with other AI video tools (Kling, Runway, Luma, etc.)
Knowledge of lip-sync, voice generation, or basic sound design for short clips
Background in high-volume short-form content creation for social media
Portfolio showing consistent character work across multiple short videos
