Remote Hospitality & Marketing Assistant

Galvanized Management is seeking a detail-oriented Guest Experience & Marketing Assistant to support our growing vacation rental business. This is a remote overnight position based in the Philippines, working 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Eastern Time, (which would be 9am to 8pm your time) where your primary responsibility will be monitoring guest communications across multiple platforms and providing prompt, professional responses when needed. During quieter periods, you'll write guest reviews, assist with email marketing campaigns, monitor previously generated responses for quality, and help with a variety of administrative projects. As you become familiar with our business, you'll have opportunities to expand into maintenance coordination, guest registrations, inventory management, process improvement, and other special projects based on your skills and interests. We're looking for someone with excellent written English, strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. Experience with AI tools, Canva or graphic design, customer service, hospitality, or digital marketing is a plus, but a willingness to learn and continuously improve is even more important. Must be able to work as an independent contractor and available for scheduled google meet trainings and meetings.
