Pay:

• $3.50 USD/hour
• +$5 bonus for every successful client you help complete through our credit repair process.

About the Role

ROI Wealth Group is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Credit Repair Disputer to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone with experience in the credit repair industry who can efficiently manage client disputes and communicate professionally throughout the process.

Requirements

• Previous experience with Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) and/or DisputeFox
• Strong understanding of the credit repair dispute process
• Experience creating and managing dispute letters
• Familiarity with LetterStream or similar mailing platforms is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Ability to follow SOPs and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Review client credit reports
• Create and send dispute letters
• Track dispute progress and update client files
• Communicate with clients regarding their case status
• Maintain accurate records inside our CRM
• Work closely with our team to ensure clients receive exceptional service

Compensation

• $3.50 USD per hour
• $5 performance bonus for every successful client
