Position: Marketing & Growth Manager (Remote)

Pay:

• $3.50 USD/hour
• +$5 performance bonus for every successful client

ROI Wealth Group helps individuals repair their credit, access business funding, and scale their businesses. We’re looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Growth Manager who can help us build our brand, generate qualified leads, and automate our marketing systems.

Responsibilities

GoHighLevel (Required)

• Build and optimize landing pages & sales funnels
• Create and manage workflows & automations
• Build and manage pipelines
• CRM management
• Forms, calendars, surveys, triggers, opportunities
• Email & SMS marketing campaigns
• Reporting and optimization

Digital Marketing

• Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Create and optimize ad campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS
• Generate qualified leads for credit repair and funding services

SEO & Website Growth

• On-page SEO
• Keyword research
• Local SEO
• Google Business Profile optimization
• Improve website rankings and organic traffic

Social Media Management

• Create and schedule content
• Write captions and marketing copy
• Short-form content strategy (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook )
• Build engagement and grow our audience
• Help position the CEO as an authority in the credit and funding space

Personal Brand Positioning

• Develop content strategies that build trust and credibility
• Grow our online presence across multiple platforms
• Assist with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn, and TikTok marketing
• Identify opportunities for podcasts, collaborations, and speaking engagements

Business Development & Partnerships

• Conduct cold email outreach to potential partners
• Build relationships with:
• Car dealerships
• Loan brokers
• Mortgage professionals
• Real estate agents
• Realtors
• Insurance agencies
• Tax professionals
• Business consultants
• CPA firms
• Financial advisors
• Develop referral partnerships that generate consistent business

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of GoHighLevel
• Experience building high-converting funnels
• Experience creating workflows and automations
• Strong understanding of CRM management
• Meta Ads experience
• SEO knowledge
• Social media management experience
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Strong English communication
• Highly organized and proactive
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation

• $3.50 USD/hour
• $5 performance bonus for every successful client
