Experienced Social Media Manager – Real Estate, Construction & Business

We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled Social Media Manager to manage and grow the online presence of several related businesses, including:

• Residential real estate sales and rentals
• Ilvento Builders and new construction projects
• Commercial real estate and development projects
• Hospitality and other business ventures
• Personal branding for a real estate developer, builder and investor

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can take ownership, create professional content, stay organized and consistently present our businesses at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Develop a monthly social media strategy and content calendar
• Create professional posts, reels, stories, carousels and short-form videos
• Edit property photos, construction progress videos and project updates
• Write strong captions, headlines and calls to action
• Promote homes for sale, rental properties, construction services and development projects
• Build the personal brand of the company owner
• Repurpose existing photos, videos, plans and project information into engaging content
• Schedule and publish content consistently
• Respond to comments and messages when requested
• Track engagement, leads, audience growth and performance
• Recommend new ideas to improve branding and generate business
• Maintain organized folders for photos, videos, graphics and completed content
• Coordinate with the owner and assistant to obtain project updates and information

Required Experience

You must have:

• Proven social media management experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong graphic design and video-editing skills
• Experience creating Instagram Reels and short-form video content
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe products or similar software
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and ----------
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Reliable internet and availability during agreed working hours
• A portfolio showing professional social media work

Experience with real estate, construction, architecture, interior design, hospitality or luxury brands is strongly preferred.

Position Details

• Remote position
• Part-time to start, with the opportunity to become full-time
• Long-term position for the right person
• Compensation based on experience and quality of work
• Applicants should provide their requested hourly or monthly rate
• Some overlap with Eastern Time business hours will be required

• Providing a sample seven-day content plan
• Explaining how you would organize and manage content for multiple businesses
