What This Role Really Is
This role combines Executive Support, Financial Operations, Data Analysis, and Business Execution.
Your primary responsibility is to help leadership make better decisions by organizing financial and operational information into clear, actionable insights.
You'll support executive initiatives while ensuring critical business, accounting, and tax-related information is accurate, organized, and decision-ready.
You'll help:
-Organize and analyze financial, operational, and business data
-Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
-Review accounting, bookkeeping, and U.S. tax-related reports for accuracy and completeness
-Assist leadership in monitoring financial performance and operational metrics
-Coordinate with accounting, finance, tax, and operations teams
-Protect your executive's time by managing priorities and follow-through
-Drive accountability across leadership initiatives
-Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
-Translate strategy into structured execution
-Solve problems before they become emergencies
You will work closely with executive leadership and have visibility into confidential financial and business information.
Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment are essential.
Preferred Background
We're especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
-U.S. Tax Preparation or Tax Operations
-Public Accounting
-Bookkeeping
-Accounting or Finance
-Financial Analysis
-Business Analytics
-Audit or Compliance
-Controller or Accounting Support
-Executive Assistant supporting Finance or Executive Leadership
Experience with tools such as QuickBooks, Excel/Google Sheets, financial reporting software, or tax software is highly preferred.

-Have experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, U.S. tax, or business analysis
-Understand financial statements, reconciliations, reporting, and business metrics
-Have supported a founder, executive, or finance leader
