Virtual Assistant – Auto Detailing Business (Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time)

We're a growing mobile auto detailing business based in the Bay Area, CA looking for a sharp, reliable VA to join our team. This is a long-term role with real growth potential for the right person.
What you'll be doing:

Screening applicants through indeed. Managing and responding to Google reviews professionally and on-brand
Keeping our Google Business Profile updated (photos, posts, services)
Basic SEO tasks — local keyword research, updating website content, building citations
Managing our Instagram account — scheduling posts, writing captions, replying to comments and DMs
Responding to client text inquiries through our business phone platform
Light admin tasks as the role grows

You're a great fit if you:

Have experience managing social media accounts for a service-based business
Understand basic local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, on-page SEO)
Can write in a natural, conversational tone — not corporate, not robotic. Speak fluent english,
Are proactive — you flag problems before they become issues
Can work independently with minimal hand-holding
Are available during US business hours (Pacific Time preferred)
Have a reliable internet connection and your own equipment

This is NOT the role for you if you:

Need constant direction to complete basic tasks
Have never managed a business's online presence before
Are looking for a short-term gig
Can't communicate clearly and consistently in English
