Creative Strategist for DTC E-commerce Brands

Olymera operates multiple DTC brands across different niches, with combined audiences reaching millions.
We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can deeply understand the product and customer, research winning Facebook and Instagram ads, and turn those insights into original, testable creative concepts.

What You’ll Do
Research products, competitors, reviews, and buyer avatars
Identify customer desires, fears, objections, and buying motivations
Study winning hooks, angles, formats, and creative patterns
Develop 2 unique concepts per week
Turn those concepts into briefs for approximately:
20 video ads per week (10 videos for each concept)
40 static ads per week (20 static ads for each concept)
Direct video editors and graphic designers
Review performance and develop stronger iterations
You will own the research, strategy, briefs, creative direction, and feedback. Our editors and designers will handle production.

Who We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Creative Strategist, particularly within DTC e-commerce or performance advertising, will be given priority.
Candidates with strong experience in related areas may also be considered, especially where a clear willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow into the role is demonstrated.
For candidates who show strong potential and progress quickly, training and development may be provided.
After consistent performance has been demonstrated, the opportunity to build and lead a dedicated creative team may be offered.

Compensation
Base salary 2,000$/month (may change depending on the experience)
Bonuses are awarded for winning ads.
