Ecommerce Design and Marketing VA

Hi! I'm Koen, founder of an Australian e-commerce brand. I need one reliable VA with design experience to take two things off my plate: Design and video editing for our Facebook /Instagram ads, and customer support email s, making and posting Email designs on Klaviyo, and posting ads on Meta.

What you'll do (roughly half and half):

Ad creation:

Create ads, and basic video editing, for Ads and social posts

Customer support:

Answer customer email s (order status, tracking, product questions, returns) using our templates and FAQ
Escalate anything unusual to me
Keep response times under 24 hours on weekdays

Requirements:

Strong English writing. For customer service.
Confident with Figma or other design tools, Not Canva. (send samples - this is the main thing I'll judge)
Experience editing short-form ads or social content (TikTok/Reels style)

Organised, Eye for detail, honest, and comfortable working independently

Nice to have: experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, or an e-commerce brand.

I'm looking for someone to grow with the brand, and hours can increase as we do.
