Betting Operations Assistant - Full-Time - Discord-Based - Wed to Sun - AU Client

You will manage bookmaker accounts, monitor betting bots, complete time-sensitive withdrawals, and keep the operation running cleanly - so the client can focus on strategy rather than admin. • Check in with the client each morning via ---------- and receive your task list for the day
• Sign up for new bookmaker accounts using the client's information when required
• Deposit funds into accounts as directed
• Add new accounts to the ---------- bot systems and run pre-activity checks on Fridays
• Monitor the betting bots during active periods to check they are running correctly and turnover is progressing as expected
• Flag any bot errors, pauses, or unusual behaviour to the client immediately
• Complete withdrawals from bookmaker accounts - some within hard time windows (for example, one platform requires withdrawal between 4:00pm and 5:00pm every Saturday)
• Check bookmaker platforms daily for new promotions, deposit offers, or bonus bets and report them to the client
• Monitor active accounts daily for status, balance, restrictions, or KYC requests
• Communicate proactively if anything goes wrong or cannot be completed on time - no silent misses

Requirements - Must-Have

• Available Wednesday through Sunday, including full Saturday availability during racing hours - this is not flexible
• Strong written English - all work is coordinated through ---------- messages; you need to read instructions carefully and respond clearly
• Experience handling financial transactions on behalf of someone else - deposits, withdrawals, account management - where errors had real consequences
• Demonstrated habit of flagging problems early rather than going quiet
• Able to work independently after a short ramp-up - the client is not available to supervise throughout the day
• Comfortable using ---------- as a working tool, not just for chat

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with sports betting platforms, match betting, arb betting, or promo betting
• Familiarity with ---------- bots or any betting automation tools
• Background in financial services, transaction processing, or account management

Schedule

• Wednesday to Friday: approximately 11:00am - 7:00pm AEST
• Saturday: approximately 9:00am - 4:00pm AEST (racing hours - this is the most critical day)
• Sunday: shorter shift
• Exact hours finalised with the successful candidate
