What You Will Be Doing

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a customer service representative role
• Strong English communication skills with clear pronunciation; a neutral or US accent is preferred
• Familiarity with online selling platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, or others
• Knowledge of tools like Zendesk, Zoho, or RingCentral is an advantage
• Stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home
• Backup equipment and power supply available
