Video Editor

Looking for 1–2 editors who can cut fast, cut clean, and make people stop
scrolling. High volume, ongoing work for the right person.

MUST HAVE

• DaVinci Resolve — this is non-negotiable, it is our pipeline
• Strong colour grading. Warm, cinematic, high contrast. You should be

able to match a look across an entire series without being re-briefed

• Sharp sense of pacing and timing — cutting to music, holding a beat,

knowing when to sit and when to move

• Promo/IG editing: 15–60 second vertical cuts that hook in the first

2 seconds and hold to the end

• Fast turnaround and consistency. We need volume, not one perfect edit

a week

• Organised delivery and clear communication on revisions

YOU WILL BE CUTTING

• Vertical promos for Instagram (15–60 sec)
• Trailers and teasers pulled from longer scenes
• Long-form edits (10–30 min)

BONUS

• Motion graphics / After Effects
• Title and text animation
• Sound design and audio cleanup
• Experience with fashion, beauty, music video, or commercial work
