GoHighLevel + Meta Ads VA

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to help grow a beauty business through digital marketing, advertising, and client follow-up. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced with online marketing platforms.
Responsibilities
Create, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor ad performance and make recommendations to improve results.
Build and manage automations within GoHighLevel (or be willing to learn).
Create and send two professional email newsletters per month.
Manage email marketing campaigns and customer follow-up sequences.
Perform monthly local SEO tasks, including Google Business Profile optimization and keyword tracking.
Assist with lead generation and ensure inquiries receive timely follow-up.
Provide a brief weekly report outlining completed work, campaign performance, and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with Google Ads.
Experience using GoHighLevel (preferred but not required).

Email marketing experience.
Basic understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile.
Excellent written English.
Highly organized and able to work independently.
