I'm looking for a creative and self-motivated Social Media Manager to help grow my beauty business online. I'm an esthetician and the owner of The Beauty Garden, and I'm looking for someone who understands aesthetic, engaging content and can help turn everyday moments into posts that attract new clients.
Responsibilities:
Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, and Pinterest
Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks)
Write captions that match my brand voice
Design stories, graphics, and promotional posts
Stay on top of social media trends and suggest content ideas
Help increase engagement, followers, and bookings
Repurpose content across multiple platforms
Respond to comments
Create 3–5 Reels per week
Post daily Stories
Schedule feed posts
Respond to comments and DMs
Brainstorm new content ideas
Track analytics and suggest improvements
What I'm Looking For:
Experience managing social media accounts for small businesses (beauty industry is a huge plus!)
Strong video editing skills
Great eye for aesthetics and branding
Excellent communication and organization
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and Instagram/TikTok analytics
