About the Role

As a Virtual Assistant with EAD Consultants, you'll be placed with one of our Australian clients to support their business remotely. Day-to-day tasks vary by client but may include:

Key Responsibilities

· Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals.
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely and onsite.
· Manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory.
· Maintain documentation for i ---------- , assets, and technical procedures.
· Monitor system security, backups, and antivirus compliance.
· Escalate infrastructure issues and participate in IT improvement projects.
· Provide exceptional technical support while meeting SLA targets.

Qualifications

· 1–3 years of work experience
· IT support experience
· Windows & Microsoft 365
· Networking fundamentals
· Ticketing systems
