GoHighLevel (GHL) & Marketing Virtual Assistant

We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) & Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a growing Australian business with CRM management, lead generation, marketing automation, and digital advertising. What You'll Do
Build, edit, and optimize sales funnels in GoHighLevel (GHL).
Create and manage forms, quizzes, landing pages, and lead capture systems.
Set up booking pages, calendars, and appointment workflows.
Develop and optimize SMS and email automation sequences.
Organize and maintain CRM pipelines and workflows.
Monitor KPIs and prepare marketing performance reports.
Troubleshoot and improve existing automations and processes.
Assist with lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
Support audience targeting, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Proven hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL).
Experience building sales funnels, CRM workflows, automations, and booking systems.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
Experience managing or supporting Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.

Highly Regarded
Previous experience supporting an Australian mortgage, finance, or real estate business.
Experience with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and lead nurturing.
Knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page best practices.
Experience integrating GoHighLevel with third-party applications using Zapier or similar automation tools.
