Project Manager VA – Real Estate Media Operations | $2,000/Month | Full-Time

We are Virtual Xposure, a fast-growing real estate media company in Alberta, Canada. We shoot photos, videos, virtual tours, and more for real estate agents.

Our growth exposed the weaknesses in our systems. That’s why this role exists.

We’re looking for a top-tier Filipino Project Manager VA who can take ownership of day-to-day operations, keep clients happy, and improve our systems without being micromanaged.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from real estate agents: book shoots, answer questions, and confidently recommend upsells when it truly helps the client.
• Handle support tickets from start to finish so nothing is left hanging.
• Coordinate revisions between clients and our internal team (photographers, editors, etc.).
• Run daily operations across multiple tools and tasks at the same time without dropping balls.
• Own quality control so what we deliver looks professional and consistent.
• Improve systems and SOPs: find the holes in our bucket and fix them.

Tools & Experience We Expect

You must have:

• Fluent, clear English (spoken and written) for daily calls with North American clients.
• Real estate media operations experience (photography, video, virtual tours, floor plans, etc.).
• Experience with Aryeo, Spiro, or similar real estate media systems.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or ---------- – we use Asana).
• Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or similar).
• Confident use of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Stable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional setup for calls.
• Ability and willingness to work PH night shift (11 PM – 7 AM PH time), Monday–Friday.

Nice to have (but not required):

• Hospitality / serving experience (you understand service and handling demanding people).
• Real estate photo editing experience.
