Marketing & AI Ads Specialist / Executive Assistant

We are looking for a driven, growth-minded marketer to join a hands-on founder as his second assistant added to the team — supporting an established service business plus a brand-new company launching soon. This is a full-time, remote role with real potential to grow alongside the business, working directly with the founder himself. Project-based arrangements are open for discussion for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and run Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across two different businesses, each with its own audience and goals
• Build and manage AI agents and AI-driven workflows to make campaigns smarter and more efficient
• Build and maintain company websites for both businesses
• Support the founder directly as a right-hand person — scheduling, reporting, follow-ups, and other executive assistant tasks
• Bring fresh, tailored strategy to each brand rather than a one-size-fits-all approach

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
• Experience building or configuring AI agents (not just using AI tools day-to-day)
• Comfort prompting and directing AI tools to do real work, not just chat with them
• Basic website build/maintenance skills (Wix, WordPress, or similar)
• Strong written English and sharp organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset — thinks in terms of outcomes, not just tasks
• Growth mentality — always looking to learn, improve, and take on more
• Independent and self-directed — comfortable figuring things out without needing to be micromanaged

Nice to Have:

• Experience marketing for multiple brands or clients at once
• Experience building or launching a company's marketing from scratch
• Familiarity with running a company's marketing and admin side together

Compensation & Benefits:

• $700–$1,000 USD/month base, full-time
