About The Role

We are looking for a fast, reliable, and highly detail-oriented Web Designer / Elementor Developer who can create modern, conversion-focused websites and landing pages efficiently.

This role is NOT for someone who simply copies templates. We are looking for someone who understands:
UX/UI thinking
conversion-focused design
mobile responsiveness
page speed optimization
clean development workflows
marketing-driven web design

You will work closely with our Marketing Operations team on projects related to healthcare, wellness, IT, and service-based businesses.

This is a long-term role for someone who communicates clearly, follows instructions well, works independently, and contributes ideas proactively.

What We Need

We are specifically looking for someone who:

? Can build Elementor landing pages FAST without sacrificing quality
? Understands BOTH desktop and mobile design workflows
? Can create clean mockups before development
? Has strong attention to spacing, typography, hierarchy, and modern UI
? Understands conversion-focused design and user behavior
? Is proactive in suggesting sections, layouts, and improvements
? Can communicate clearly and explain design decisions logically
? Understands page speed optimization beyond just installing plugins
? Can work independently while still collaborating with a team

Supporting marketing campaigns through landing page creation
Collaborating with marketing and operations teams
