Position Summary
Glittery Craft is seeking an experienced Senior Amazon Seller Central Specialist to manage the day-to-day health of our Amazon accounts across multiple international marketplaces.
This role is responsible for resolving Seller Central issues, managing catalog updates, monitoring account health, communicating with Amazon Seller Support, and ensuring our listings remain accurate, compliant, and fully operational.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience navigating Amazon Seller Central and understands how to efficiently resolve complex catalog, listing, and account issues.
Primary Responsibilities
Seller Central Account Management
Monitor Seller Central daily for account notifications and policy updates.
Maintain excellent Account Health metrics.
Resolve performance notifications and compliance issues.
Escalate critical account issues when necessary.
Case Management
Create and manage Seller Support cases.
Follow up on open support tickets until fully resolved.
Escalate unresolved issues through appropriate Amazon channels.
Maintain detailed records of all cases and resolutions.
Communicate status updates to management.
Catalog & Listing Management
Update product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and attributes.
Correct catalog errors and listing suppression issues.
Resolve variation and parent-child relationship problems.
Correct product dimensions, sizes, colors, and other catalog attributes.
Coordinate listing updates with Amazon support when backend changes are required.
Product Compliance
Monitor compliance notifications.
Submit required documentation.
Resolve restricted product issues.
Coordinate safety and compliance documentation when requested by Amazon.
Brand Registry Support
Utilize Amazon Brand Registry tools.
Report and remove counterfeit listings.
Submit infringement claims.
Protect intellectual property across marketplaces.
Listing Quality
Monitor listing health.
Resolve suppressed listings.
Fix stranded inventory issues.
Improve listing completeness and accuracy.
International Marketplace Support
Manage Seller Central accounts across multiple countries.
Coordinate listing updates across marketplaces.
Monitor international compliance requirements.
Support marketplace expansion activities.
Reporting
Maintain a log of open cases and resolutions.
Prepare weekly reports summarizing:
Open support cases
Account Health status
Listing issues
Compliance issues
Resolution timelines
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Amazon Seller Central experience.
Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces.
Strong understanding of Amazon catalog structure.
Experience creating and managing Seller Support cases.
Experience with listing troubleshooting and catalog corrections.
Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry.
Near fluent spoken and written English.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
