• ? Proven track record of closing deals (not just calling)
• ? Strong objection-handling skills (you don’t freeze under pressure)
• ? Experience with auto-dialers / CRM systems
• ? Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and call quotas
• ? Self-managed, disciplined, and reliable
