About Us

We're a small, growing real estate wholesaling team based in Metro Atlanta, GA, working contracted deals across the Southeast and Oklahoma. We move fast and wear a lot of hats — this role comes with real ownership, not just a script to follow.

The Role

You'll drive the front half of our dispositions process — from the ---------- nt a property goes under contract to the point a buyer is warmed up, qualified, and ready to talk. That includes:

Opening title/escrow with our title company as soon as a property comes in
Reaching out to our cash buyer network (calls, email , text) to gauge interest and keep them engaged
Keeping our CRM and deal pipeline accurate and current
Tracking buyer interest from first contact through walkthrough attendance
Coordinating walkthrough logistics and reminders
Handing off warm, qualified buyers directly to ownership for the final conversation and negotiation
Following up consistently so no buyer goes cold
Who We're Looking For

This is an experienced-only position. We're not set up to train someone from scratch right now — we need someone who already knows dispositions or wholesale real estate sales and can run with it from day one.

You follow up until you get an answer — proactive, not reactive
Comfortable on the phone all day — cold calling and follow-up calls don't scare you
Excellent spoken English and a confident phone presence
Sharp with a CRM, organized, doesn't let leads slip
Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, US Eastern business hours (our buyers and deals are US-based).

Compensation

Base pay plus bonus commission on every deal you help close. Exact structure discussed directly with qualified candidates.
