Client Care & Welcome Specialist

We are a growing Elder Law and Estate Planning firm dedicated to helping families navigate some of life's most important decisions. We assist clients with estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid planning, probate, and Veterans Benefits.

Many of the people who call our office are facing stressful, emotional, or uncertain situations. The first voice they hear matters.

We are looking for a Client Care & Welcome Specialist who is warm, professional, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

This is not just a phone-answering position. You will be the first impression of our firm and play a critical role in creating an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility is answering and directing incoming phone calls.
You will:

• Answer all incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
• Welcome potential and existing clients
• Direct calls to the appropriate team:
• Schedule callbacks when tea ---------- mbers are unavailable
• Record accurate call notes
• Ensure every caller feels heard, valued, and cared for
• Follow established call-handling procedures
• Maintain a positive and service-oriented attitude throughout the day

Required Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Neutral or easily understood accent
• Warm, friendly, and professional phone presence
• Experience answering a busy multi-line phone system
• At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, call center agent, or virtual receptionist
• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet, professional work environment
• Ability to work full-time from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Eastern Time
