Marketing Account & Project Manager - HIRING ASAP

Our advertising/marketing company (Midnight Marketing) is growing very quickly, and we need a ROCKSTAR client account & project manager who can take full ownership of all of our client accounts, answer questions from clients, hop on calls with the clients, and allow me (Brendan) to take a step out of the daily operations and continue to grow the business.

**This could turn into a very long-term career at our company. If you perform and exceed expectations, we are more than happy to increase your pay, provide bonuses, and give you more responsibility. We are growing quickly and we want very smart people who work extremely hard, and are willing to do whatever it takes to be successful here. That effort will be rewarded.

• Willing to work US hours (this is very important)
• Have experience working in a marketing agency and/or fast-paced startup business
• Familiar with digital marketing and advertising on Google, Meta, etc.
• Great communicator and willing to proactively chat with clients and improve those relationships
• Proactive and a problem-solver (we aren't looking to babysit this role)
• Creative (you can help come up with ideas to improve our operations and team)
• Organized (you can help us organize our projects and workload inside of Notion, Asana, etc.)
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, tactics, etc.
• Ready to start ASAP (within a few days)

This will be a high-pressure role (sometimes), so you need to also be able to handle stress well, and be willing to work with me (Brendan) to take the time-consuming items off of my plate so that I can allocate my time elsewhere in the business. The pay-rate below is the starter rate, and there is plenty of room to expand if we find the right person. Finding someone who is going to be here long-term and grow with us is far more important right now. If you are that person, trust me, you will have plenty of upward mobility here.
