Inbound & Outbound Sales Agent

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Dispatch Agent to join our growing team

This is not a customer service role.
While you'll be speaking with customers throughout the day, your primary responsibility is to convert enquiries into booked jobs, maximize sales opportunities, and dispatch technicians efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls.
• Call leads left on our website to book them
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Confidently guide customers toward booking our services.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently.
• Keep customers updated throughout the booking process.
• Handle basic customer service enquiries professionally.
• Work closely with managers to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent sales ability and confidence on the phone.
• Fluent English with a neutral, easy-to-understand accent.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Friendly, professional, and confident personality.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Technical Requirements

• Stable fiber internet connection (300 Mbps or faster).
• Backup internet connection (required).
• Computer with minimum 16 GB RAM.
• Quality USB headset with clear microphone.
• Quiet home office with no background noise.
• Backup power source or generator is highly preferred in case of power outages.
