Online Community Research Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented VA to research public online discussions about ecommerce, online business, and side hustles for an online education company.

Your Role

• Find and collect relevant online discussions
• Write brief summaries of your findings
• Identify common questions and problems
• Update a Google Sheet daily
• Follow SOPs and complete a daily checklist

Schedule

• 1 hour per day, 7 days per week (including weekends)
• Fully remote
• Flexible within the day, as long as daily tasks are completed and submitted on time

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic English reading and writing
• Google Sheets experience
• Reliable and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
