Intake Coordinator / Lead Closer (Healthcare Placement)

We are seeking a confident, results-driven Intake Coordinator to handle inbound and outbound leads for our group homes. Your role is to call, text, email , and follow up aggressively (but professionally) to convert leads into move-ins.

Responsibilities:

Call new leads within 5–10 minutes
Follow up daily via calls, texts, and email
Build urgency and guide families through placement
Send intake forms and payment links
Coordinate with management on move-ins
Requirements:

Fluent English (clear, professional tone)
Strong sales/closing experience
Comfortable handling objections
Reliable, organized, and fast response time
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 10AM–3PM CST
