Outbound Growth Specialist

Penji is looking for a relentless outreach hunter to own high-volume prospecting and book qualified meetings for our partnerships team. Your job is simple to describe and hard to master — research the right prospects, reach them through every channel available, and never stop testing until you hit quota. If one approach stalls you find another. If you love the chase and take pride in your conversion rate, this is your role.

What You Need
? 2+ years of outreach, business development, or sales experience with proven results
? A track record of consistently hitting meeting-booking quotas
? Experience across multiple outreach channels — email , LinkedIn, phone, video
? Strong research instincts and the ability to spot high-value prospects fast
? Excellent written and verbal communication
? Comfort with rejection and the persistence to try a new angle when the first one fails
? Experience with CRM systems and outreach automation tools

What You Will Do
? Run high-volume, multi-channel outreach to book qualified meetings with affiliates, sponsors, media, and strategic partners
? Build targeted prospect lists through research — identify decision makers and high-value opportunities
? Test messaging, channels, and timing constantly to improve conversion rates
? Hit monthly meeting-booking targets consistently
? Manage your pipeline in the CRM and follow through until a meeting is booked or the opportunity is exhausted
? Report on your own performance — response rates, conversion rates, channel effectiveness — and adjust your approach based on the data
? Work closely with the partnerships team to understand exactly who and what makes a great meeting

Compensation
Commission and performance-based upside. Base range $300–$1,000+/month depending on results.
