Job Title: Grant Writer – US Foundations & Nonprofits (AI-Assisted, Full-Time)
Salary: $600–$950/month USD (depending on experience) + 13th month pay + HMO after 90 days + internet allowance
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week, minimum 4 hours overlap with US Pacific Time

We're a US-based organization helping our clients thrive through quality healthcare and housing. We already have a senior in-house grant writer — you'll work alongside them as our research and drafting engine, producing first drafts that our team refines. If you write clean American English, love research, and are already using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to write faster and better, this role was built for you.
What you'll do:
? Research US foundation, corporate, and government funding opportunities and summarize fit
? Draft LOIs, grant proposals, budget narratives, and boilerplate (org background, needs statements, program descriptions)
? Maintain our proposal library, funder database, and submission calendar
? Use AI tools for drafting and research, then apply human judgment — we care about the editing, not just the generating
? Tailor every draft to the funder's priorities and scoring rubric
What we're looking for:
? 2+ years professional writing experience (grants, proposals, bids, content for US clients, or NGO development work)
? Excellent American-style business English — clear, warm, specific, zero fluff
? Strong research skills and comfort with deadlines
? Hands-on experience with ChatGPT/Claude for professional writing (tell us how you use them)
? Bonus: experience writing for US nonprofits, USAID/UN/development-sector proposals, or fundraising campaigns
