Job Title: Social Media & Newsletter Manager with Graphic Design – All-in-One Creative (Full-Time, US Company)
Salary: $900–$1,400/month USD (depending on experience) + 13th month pay + HMO after 90 days + internet allowance
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week, minimum 3 hours overlap with US Pacific Time
We're a US-based organization helping our clients thrive through quality healthcare and housing. We're looking for one creative person who can own our whole public voice: social media, email newsletters, and the graphics that make both look great. This is a rare all-in-one role — if you're the person who writes the caption, designs the graphic, schedules the post, AND reads the analytics, we want you.
What you'll do:
? Plan and manage our content calendar across Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn, and X
? Write, design, and send our email newsletter (Mailchimp or similar) — subject lines to send button
? Create on-brand graphics, carousels, and short videos (Canva required; Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere a plus)
? Write publicity copy: announcements, press-style blurbs, campaign posts
? Track engagement and report monthly on what's working
? Use AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT for copy, AI image tools where appropriate) to move fast without losing quality
What we're looking for:
? 2+ years managing social media and/or email marketing for a brand (US clients a plus)
? A portfolio showing BOTH writing and graphic design — this role is half wordsmith, half artist
? Excellent American-style English with a warm, human voice
? Canva mastery; Adobe Creative Suite and basic video editing are strong pluses
? Self-managing: you'll own the calendar, not wait for daily instructions
