Phone Appointment Setter

We are looking for a reliable, fast-responding Phone Appointment Setter based in the Philippines to help us call inbound leads and book appointments.

Overview of our company:

We are a marketing agency based in the U.S. working with dentists, sleep clinics, and dental sleep practices. The majority of our clients provide medical assistance to people suffering with sleep apnea, snoring and insomnia.

Our company provides lead generation and appointment setting services to our clients. The leads we get them are people suffering with those conditions.

What separates our company from other marketing agencies is that we call, qualify, and schedule the leads we get for phone consultations with the clients.

Overview of the role:

Your role in the company will be as a phone appointment setter for our clients. Thus you are calling and texting potential patients, qualifying them, and scheduling them in for a phone appointment with the specific client. Training and scripts will be provided. Phone system and text system and text templates will be provided as well.

This is a part-time role because you need to be available and “on call” during your shift, but there will likely not be a high volume of actual work. Most days will be less than an hour or two of actual calling.

Feel free to work other jobs/roles, and/or do other things while working this role. As long as you handle all the responsibilities of the role.

This role has three main components:

1. Speed-To-Lead: This is your main responsibility. Leads will come in throughout the day and your job is to call them within 4-5 minutes of them submitting the form. When a lead submits their information, you will receive an inbound notification through the GoHighLevel mobile app to know who to call, and you can call them through the same GoHighLevel phone system which we will give you full access to.

2. Schedule-To-Call: Leads will sometimes schedule their own times for a call through the lead form. Your job here is to manage your calendar, call the lead at the scheduled time, and book them in for the full appointment with our clients.

3. Lead List Calling: Leads will often not answer the phone on the first outreach. Your job is to manage and call a rolling list of leads that have either not booked appointments, or not told us "no" or some variation of that. There will be a cadence here where leads will filter out of the list overtime, so it will not be a never ending growing list. It will start small but should grow to about 50-100 leads across accounts in total. You only need to do this once per shift, so it should only take around 1 hour.

You will call and text leads directly through the GoHighLevel/LeadConnector app, so you do not need your own phone number. You will need a smartphone, reliable internet, and the ability to keep app notifications on during your shift.

You also must be organized with your schedule so that you can call the Scheduled-To-Call leads at the time the lead has scheduled for.

Schedule:

We are hiring for an 8 hour shift in primary U.S. business hours i.e. 9 AM–5 PM Central Standard Time in the U.S.

Assuming U.S. Central Time, the time for the shift in the Philippines would be 10pm-6am Philippines time.

I know this is likely not ideal for most, however it is the time we need since it is primary business hours in the U.S.

As mentioned, most days, the actual calling time will be less than an hour or two per day. Your job is to stay available, call all scheduled leads at the time they scheduled for, monitor notifications for new leads, respond quickly when leads come in, call them, and book the appointment. Feel free to do other things when not on actual calls.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring GoHighLevel/LeadConnector notifications during your shift
• Calling new inbound leads within 5 minutes
• Speaking with leads in a professional and friendly way
• Booking appointments using our calendar system
• Updating lead status and notes inside GoHighLevel
• Following a simple call script and appointment-setting process
• Sending follow-up messages when needed
• Staying responsive and available during your scheduled shift

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in English
• Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based leads
• Clear, professional, and easy to understand on the phone
• Able to communicate in a natural, conversational style that feels familiar to U.S. customers
• Reliable and highly responsive
• Able to call leads quickly after receiving notifications
• Comfortable using mobile apps like GoHighLevel or LeadConnector
• Organized and able to take basic notes after each call
• Available for one of the listed shifts
• Has a quiet work environment and stable internet connection

Strong English speaking ability is very important for this role because you will be speaking directly with U.S. leads over the phone.

Pay:

Pay is $350 USD per month.

This is ideal for someone who wants steady part-time work where they are available during their shift, but the actual call volume is expected to be light.
