Customer Support Virtual Assistant (Remote | Full-Time)

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in survival, emergency preparedness, and outdoor gear. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. If you have excellent written English, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Respond to customer emails with professionalism and empathy.
Assist customers with order tracking, shipping updates, refunds and returns.
Monitor and manage Facebook and Instagram comments and messages.
Update Shopify orders and customer information.
Keep internal Google Sheets and support records organized.
Work closely with our remote team to ensure every customer has a great experience.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has previous customer service experience (e-commerce experience is a plus).
Writes fluent, professional English.
Pays close attention to detail and follows processes carefully.
Can work independently while staying organized.
Is comfortable using Google Sheets and learning new software.
Has a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
