This role is perfect for someone who’s sales-driven, tech-savvy, and customer-obsessed—someone who can turn inquiries into loyal, recurring clients while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
Convert inbound leads into paying customers through confident, empathetic phone conversations.
Maintain a strong close rate by understanding client needs and offering tailored cleaning solutions.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to turn one-time cleans into recurring services.
Manage communication across phone, email , and social media—be the friendly, professional first point of contact.
Support recruiting efforts by managing job listings, screening applicants, and assisting with onboarding.
Keep things organized—update client records, schedule appointments, and assist with general admin tasks.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience (especially in service-based industries like cleaning, hospitality, or home services)
Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
Confident, persuasive, and empathetic on the phone
Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through
Comfortable with tools like MS Excel, CRMs, and scheduling software
Social media savvy—able to manage and grow our online presence
