Experienced Architect Needed – Construction Documents Specialist

Experienced Architect / Architectural Drafter Wanted (Full-Time or Part-Time)

We are looking for an experienced Architect or Architectural Drafter to join our growing team. This position is available as either full-time or part-time.

Requirements:

Strong experience with AutoCAD.
Able to prepare complete construction documents independently.
Excellent understanding of building construction and how buildings are put together.
Able to draw accurate, clean, and professional building sections and details.
Fast, efficient, and highly organized.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality drawings.
Willing to learn and quickly adapt to California building codes and drafting standards.
Experience with residential projects, ADUs, additions, and remodels is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, learns quickly, communicates well, and takes pride in producing high-quality permit drawings.
