Listing Light Media is a growing real estate photography company serving real estate professionals throughout the Houston area. We specialize in creating high-quality photography, video, drone content, and marketing media that help agents market their listings and grow their businesses.

We're looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us connect with new clients through Instagram outreach.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary responsibility will be client acquisition through Instagram. This includes:

• Following our proven Instagram outreach system
• Sending outbound messages to real estate agents
• Starting conversations with potential clients
• Following up with prospects
• Keeping conversations organized and updated
• Recording outreach activity and results

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written English and communication skills
• A positive, professional attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable following systems and processes
• Reliable internet connection
• Willing to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM Central Time (U.S.)
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Experience with Instagram, social media outreach, or sales is a plus, but not required. We will provide training.
