Executive Assistant to the CEO (Luxury Fashion)

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO of an international luxury fashion brand.

This is not a traditional assistant role. We are looking for a highly intelligent, commercially driven leader who can negotiate at a high level, manage international teams, and represent the CEO with confidence.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our ClickUp workspace.
• Lead and coordinate international sales, marketing, operations, and strategic projects.
• Manage managers and international teams on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accountability, execution, and performance.
• Negotiate with suppliers, partners, landlords, service providers, and key clients.
• Follow up relentlessly on deadlines, KPIs, and business objectives.
• Organize international fashion shows, events, and executive meetings.
• Improve systems, processes, and team efficiency.
• Act as the CEO’s right hand and represent him whenever required.

Requirements

• Expert-level ClickUp experience (essential).
• Excellent English (spoken and written).
• Outstanding negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proven experience managing teams and senior managers.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently.
• Complete dedication, loyalty, and ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Travel

You must be willing to travel with the CEO at least one week per month to destinations such as:

• Ibiza
• New York
• Paris
• Hong Kong
