GENERAL MANAGER (CEO TRACK) – LUXURY FASHION GROUP

Start: Immediate

We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to help lead the next growth phase of our international luxury fashion group. This is a senior executive position for someone with outstanding leadership skills, strong commercial insight, and an MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

You will work directly with the founders and gradually take full responsibility for the daily management and international expansion of the company.

Your Responsibilities

You will oversee and optimize all major departments:

• Finance & Administration
• Sales (Wholesale, Retail & E-commerce)
• Marketing & Brand Development
• Operations & Logistics
• Human Resources
• Technology & AI
• International Brand Ambassador Program

You will coordinate international teams, optimize business processes, drive commercial growth, and ensure operational excellence across all divisions.

Requirements

• MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
• Proven executive management experience.
• Strong financial and analytical mindset.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and execution abilities.
• Hands-on mentality with full ownership.
• Excellent English is mandatory.
• A genuine passion for and knowledge of women’s luxury fashion is essential.

Working Hours

This is an international executive leadership position.

Core leadership hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CEST). Due to our international activities, regular early morning meetings with Asia and evening meetings with the United States are part of the role.

The position also requires frequent international travel, including to Ibiza, Paris, New York, and China, depending on projects, trade shows, production, and business development.
