Content Creator/ Assistant

This is a creative role for my social media accounts x2, and help start and grow my online academy content Lash and Brow treatments. Hours will increase over the weeks from 5 hours to potentially 12 hours or more per week!

Responsibilities:

Academy Content:
-Upload lessons to your course platform
-Format training manuals and PDFs
-Create worksheets and checklists
-Organise course modules
-Proofread content
-Create lesson thumbnails
-Keep the academy organised

Social Media content:
-Turning your long videos into Reels
-Creating Instagram carousels
-Editing TikToks
-Writing captions
-Scheduling posts
-Repurposing training content
-Creating graphics in Canva
-Basic video editing in CapCut or Premiere
-Researching trends
-Organising your content calendar

Marketing Support:
-Create email graphics
-Update landing pages
-Design lead magnets
-Help launch new courses
-Organise testimonials and before/after photos

Bonus skills:
-Beauty industry experience
-Understanding of Instagram growth to help scale my business
-Canva
-CapCut / Edits
-ChatGPT

To be eligible you need access to:

• A computer
• Email
• Whatsapp
• Fast internet connection

Required Skills:
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Strong Canva skills
-Video editing using CapCut (or similar)
-Organised and detail-oriented
-Able to follow brand guidelines and SOPs
Experience creating social media content
-Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets)
-Good time management and able to meet deadlines
-Reliable internet connection and own computer
-Willing to learn the beauty education industry
